Informing eBay of Bootlegs...

NOTE: You will be required to provide a valid eBay user ID and password to send a message to eBay.

Go to: http://pages.ebay.com/help/basics/select-RS.html (opens in a new window)

choose "questionable content on ebay->"

then "Counterfeit items - Items that may be potentially infringing on a trademark ->"

and then "Counterfeit items - Knock-offs and unauthorized replicas"

Click the "Continue" button and you will get a page with links to information on this topic. Scroll down a bit and click on the "Contact Support" button on the right which will take you to a form to input the item number (found in the title of every eBay item) and a message explaining the situation. Click on "Send to Support".

If it has already been reported, you will get a message telling you and asking you if you'd like to continue to report it. Do not report it a second time. It will only slow down the investigation.
