Hey everybody!
Check Phil's newest podcast! The first tune is a revamped Passport and it absolutely SCREAMS! The only problem is I can't download th podcast and then burn it to a cd with the new source they are using to put them out- any suggestions? PK's website says that it should be out on itunes in a little while but.... who knows! Crying or Very sad

The new "Passport" is awesome. Phil gave me a copy back in April and I can't get it out of my head. The new recording was the idea of Randy George (bass player for Neal Morse and Ajalon). He wanted to showcase Phil's prog rock side to prog fans not familiar with him. Phil nailed it.

The podcast is a standard 192kbps 64:10 mp3. It should burn to CD just fine. At least it does on my Mac Wink.

Yeah, Well I have to buy the $30 updated version of Qucktime (which is what it plays on)- so I guess I'll have to wait until it comes out on his ITunes page. Sad

You can't just right click on the link at the bottom of this page and "Save Linked File As" then open it in iTunes? That's what I did and it worked fine.

No need to wait, and no need to pay anything. Just right-click on the link, save it to your hard drive, and then open it with any player. It should play with QuickTime, I suppose. But it will also play with Windows Media Player, iTunes or any of the other million or so applications which play MP3's.

What in the heck does $30 buy you with QuickTime? Isn't that only for the ability to create content? I've never paid for a version in my life. Confused

Chris.
