Phil Keaggy  My closing comments would be the last 2 years have been the most prolific and enjoyable season of my artistic career with the new music I've created a great number of instrumental projects to come out such as Music to Paint By, A Touch of Spain, and my Christmas album due out this year on Myrrh called Majesty and Wonder...it's been a great experience and thank God for the opportunity to create music for His Glory....thanks to everyone out there who came online, for your interest and your appreciation...I humbly thank You All! God Bless! Phil
Host  Phil, do you have any closing comments?
Phil Keaggy  The first thing that comes to mind is that there is a HOPE and that hope is Christ himself and christ is our Hope of Glory...he's our reason to live, to move, to create, to have our being in Him...a real future.
Viewer Question  honeybee* asks:
What do you hope to convey to the world through your music? What are your future goals with music?
Phil Keaggy  Hi Terry! I would say...that's a hard one...the Maker of the Universe is my favorite and I didn't write it so I don't take no credit for the lyrics i just sang it...it's on the Way BAck Home album...I also love the song "Olivia"...it's a special song to me...PS that's Rob Marshall's favorite too.
Phil Keaggy  also...i've got a new website coming soon it's http://www.philkeaggy.com

Phil Keaggy  in the early days i did longer tours and Bernadette, my wife, with our little children often travelled with me but now i just travel a couple weekends a month and that's been the most part for the last 10 years...so it's worked out pretty good...marriage is still intact with 26th anniversary on July 14th
Phil Keaggy  i'd like to say hello to my brothers and sisters in my family...Hello everyone! :-)
Phil Keaggy  PS hello Ian...i got your message...love, Poppy

Phil Keaggy  the music on underground which was recorded in 81 and 82 was recorded in my basement in Kansas City, and I did it on a four track cassette player...teac ac144...all the songs were just demos..it was not really planned to be an album but became an album released on an independent label...it's a bit cheesy sounding but very inspiring.
Phil Keaggy  yes, good news for you! There is a plan in the works to release my underground album through Canismagor CDs and my friend, John Schroeder will be releasing it on cd very soon
Phil Keaggy  one moment please...technical difficulties
Viewer Question  Noahsfaith from Dallas TX asks:
could you tell us about recording The "underground" album? And if it might become available on CD?
Host  And....drum roll, please....Our LAST Phil Keaggy Fun Pack Winner is: Callie from Belton TX Congratulations!
Phil Keaggy  ummm...that is a difficult question because it is by faith and having faith in God that I learned to trust that he is having His Will in my life in His Way...i think we need to seek the will of the Lord continually in our lives not just once in our life...one thing i do know that it is His will that i and all of you are to become His child by faith in Christ
Viewer Question  Jesus4You from Patterson California asks:
How did you know the Lord's Will for your life?
Phil Keaggy  Well, i'm open to that idea...um...i did 2 guitar videos and i think they were pretty good but i only watched them once...but i think they were good...I'm nervous in front of a camera...unlike Mel Gibson...i'm shy :-) although, i hear that Mike Roe is making a guitar video for beginners which should be really wonderful and really good
Viewer Question  PhilPhanD from Kentucky asks:
Hey Phil you are the best. Are you planning on releasing any new instructional materials for some of your newer stuff?

Phil Keaggy  my utmost for her highest...

Would you comment on the move toward securalism among Christian artists?
Phil Keaggy  and... Norman Miller and of course, my wife, Bernadette who's been a real inspiration to my life and spirit

Phil Keaggy  i tell you what...that is a special song and I've written a lot of songs with my daughter, Alicia, and we just wrote a new song together a few months ago...Alicia is talented...a talented singer and I want to say thank you to all of you who have enjoyed that song...it's a special song for me.

Phil Keaggy  Yeah...my friend, Phil Madira, called me and asked if i could play a couple of solos for the Surfonic project...and the producer sent the tapes to my house and recorded my parts for them through the mail...i enjoyed playing those solos because i learned to play that style as a young teenager...fender guitar, fender amp..that kind of thing...i love listening to it, it's a blast... thanks for asking.
